What happens when I request a demo?
Once we receive your application, one of our team members will contact you for an intake interview. We want to understand what you are looking for and what your requirements are. At the end of the intake, we will schedule a demo opportunity with you. Once we know what you're looking for, we'll prepare the best demo for you.
When we meet, we'll tell you a little more about TinQwise and go straight to the platform demo. You'll see firsthand how our learning platform works and get answers to all your questions.
Who do I get an appointment with?
You will meet with one of our Business Developers such as Celestine or Gerbrand.
What is covered during a demo?
The meeting will consist of an introduction to TinQwise and a platform demo. There will of course be time for questions so you can get the most out of the meeting.
In addition, we will show you a basic overview of our pricing.
Can the demo be customized to my specific use case or industry?
Yes!
Based on the information we get during the intake, we customize the demo to your specific needs, use case and industry.
Can you show me examples of what others in my industry have done/how they use TinQwise?
Yes,
we can show you examples of current customers in your industry, so you can see how they use the platform.
For example, if you're in Retail, we'll show you what PVH and Hunkemoller are doing.
If you're in logistics, we'll show you how DHL and DeRooy train their drivers. Or how Just Eat Takeaway and Picnic ensure their on-time deliveries.
Can multiple team members participate in the demo and is there a limit on the number of participants?
Yes,
you can participate with multiple team members. There is no limit to how many people you want to bring to the demo.

Will I have access to the demo environment so I can test it and show it to my team/manager?
Yes,
we can give you access to what we have prepared in the demo environment.
You will receive the details in an email after the meeting, which includes a link to the platform, instructions on how to log in and instructions on the prepared learning path.
Your access is limited to 10-15 people and you can test for a period of 3 weeks.
How long does the demo last?
The demo lasts about 60 minutes.
Will there be a follow-up session to answer any additional questions or go deeper into certain features?
Yes,
we would be happy to schedule a follow-up session in which we go deeper into certain features and answer additional questions.
You can also invite additional colleagues or your management/stakeholders to participate.
