What will you be doing?

In this important position, you will be responsible for a client portfolio in a delivery team. Assisted by a team of learning specialists, you will translate customer issues into learning solutions.

Your tasks:

• You advise them on our products and services, are their first point of contact during projects and maintain the relationship between projects.
• You write quotations and keep the contracts up to date.
• You monitor schedules and budgets.
• You involve colleagues in the questions of your clients and make sure that your client gets a timely and complete answer.
• You are well informed about our products and services because in addition to your advisory role, you also regularly perform project and implementation activities.
