What will you be doing?

We are looking for an organized and experienced Learning Specialist who enjoys making forays into other areas of expertise.

Your tasks:

• As a Learning Specialist, you are the expert who develops online training courses and programs for and with our clients.
• You design learning paths, filter all information from the client into 'nice' and 'need to haves' and write the online courses. In short: you lay the foundation for an appealing and effective online learning solution that matches the learning needs of the target audience and the goals of the client.
• You work for a wide range of clients and topics, from completely customized to adapting our standard products.
  
• You will also advise and inspire new clients during intake interviews and offer presentations on how best to solve their learning problem.
  
• In addition, you enjoy guiding (trainee) learning specialists by sharing your knowledge and experience.

• You understand that good communication is half the solution.
• You provide feedback, engage clients, and are clear about what is and is not possible or desirable.
• You don't wait for clarity and improvements, but create them yourself and take others along with you.

Your background

• HBO+ working and thinking level.
  
• At least 4 years of experience in writing (online) training or copy writing.
  
• Affinity with SAAS platforms, LMSs and/or e-learning/online education.
  
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. In word and writing.
  
• Educational background is an advantage.
