Where the shero journey starts: Live it Up!
Every new team member starts with Live it Up! An engaging onboarding program in 17 languages, co-created with Hunkemöller.
This is how onboarding works:
- Every shero gets a personal buddy in-store and a digital coach they can customise (yes, from the CEO to a movie star)
- Motivational nudges straight to their phone
- Social challenges, interactive content and brand events
Result: full onboarding in just 20 days. Fast, fun and future proof.
Not a launch. A movement.
Hunkemöller didn’t just roll out a new academy. They launched it with energy, and cake.
Each week, a new module went live: from World Class Service to Omnichannel. Store managers got activation kits, complete with a team cake challenge when everyone passed certification.
Regions competed to be the first to reach 95% certified and celebrated wins on Instagram with #hkmacademy.
In just 2 months, 30,628 modules were completed. No pressure. Just real engagement.
