The challenge

RGF Staffing Nederland, formerly USG People, is a network of local brands. They use the Code of Conduct to clarify the cooperation agreements for all brands. To communicate and train these agreements, they needed an online academy.

TinQwise developed the RGF Staffing Academy, an online platform with various training courses about the recruitment process. Compliance is part of the learning process from the start. For example, you not only learn the contract types, but you also become aware how working ways always influence the company and people involved.

'Our code of conduct is part of this solid foundation of beliefs. Why we do what we do and how we have organized it, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. It is in our interest to that all colleagues act according to these standards and values ​​and be able to convert them into accessible learnings without forgetting the FUN component.'

Compliance

Compliance seems like a snoozefest to many people. TinQwise thinks it is an interesting challenge. Rules may be straightforward and clear, but the real world is not. How do you deal with ethical dilemmas when rules contradict each other? Or if there is no conclusive protocol for your situation?

In practice, you will often have to decide for your self what is the right thing to do. TinQwise connects personal growth of employees to the conscience of an organization. Not by stamping rules, but by giving them the knowledge and skills that help them make the right choices in daily work situations.

 

Healthy conscience

For a healthy body there are plenty of tips: eat fruit, go jogging, do an afternoon nap, apply sunscreen... But how do you keep your conscience healthy and fit? Actually simple: train and give attention. TinQwise developed various tailor-made training courses, supplemented with Boosts and the Dilemma Game. Daily events and (ethical) dilemmas within RGF Staffing are always the starting point, making the modules recognizable and relevant.

Unfortunately, a one-off workout does not give a six-pack. And after an extensive compliance training, that fresh knowledge sometimes wants to sink. That is why TinQwise will send you a Boost at scheduled times,to keep your conscience fit. This is a mini module with a true case and stimulating questions. The Boosts keep your knowledge up to date, you learn new habits and compliance becomes a natural part of your thinking and sharing.

RGF Staffing always remains the target group of the Academy. What do they want? What's catching on? They communicate this with TinQwise, so that we can meet their needs. For example, the often young employees have a love for gaming, which led to our new Dilemma Game. As a manager of your own team, you have to balance three factors: cash, ownership and happiness. The game lets you feel how difficult it is to keep that balance and gives the opportunity to practice for the erratic practice of everyday life.
