Picnic Academy

Picnic wanted a single platform on which it could share knowledge and skills

The challenge

Speed is the key word for the online supermarket, and not just on the busy work floor. In 5 years, Picnic experienced exponential growth from 30 to 15.000 employees. And in partnership with TinQwise, they built their new online Academy in just 6 weeks.

That very high speed of operation and growth was also Picnic's challenge. How do you communicate new processes directly with thousands of employees in three countries? How do you ensure that everyone works safely? How do you give space for personal development? And how do you create personal bonds with such a rapidly growing company?
